TPOC Area Seminars

The 2006 - 2007 TPOC Area Seminars will begin in October of this year. Our first stops will be in
New York, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.
Watch for an Area Seminar coming to your area this winter and spring of 2007.

TPOC Chapters

Local TPOC Chapters, who will serve as a support arm to the TPOC Travel Association, are organizing throughout the United States.
The first five Chapters have defined their focus and are busy at work. Additional Chapters are expected to be organized on a continuous basis.

Heritage Tourism Specialist
Certification
Program

The TPOC "Heritage Tourism Specialist" Certification
Program for travel agents and tour operators is now complete. A three
level certification program has been
fully developed and
is now being offered at the TPOC Annual Conference. In addition, a TPOC Heritage Tourism Authentication
Program has been developed for Convention and
Visitors Bureaus, Destinations, DMO's
and Hotels.
